SAC HS FB REGIONAL EXPOSURE CAMP ARIZONA is hosting CAMP JANUARY 13TH 2024. CLASS OF 2024 THRU 30 ARE WELCOME TO REGISTER. THIS CAMP IS FOR ALL HIGH SCHOOL SKILL POSITIONS QB, RB, WR, TE, VS DB, S, LB, DL & OL, kickers, punters, and long snappers. Not only will you get to show off your talent and skills, but all participants will also receive a professional highlight reel from Direct Recruits. Join us and let's make your dreams come true on the gridiron! Qualifier will receive an official invite to the SAC ALL AMERICAN SHOWCASE IN NEW ORLEANS JUNE 14TH AND 15TH 2024 AT PAN AMERICAN STADIUM.

*Due to cost of facilities, logistics, staffing, camp gear  -  SAC SHOWCASE cannot issue any type of refund once camp registration has been processed. Athletes can switch camps and dates.

CAMP ITINERARY:

8:00am -- Registration and Check-In 

 Participants arrive at the campsite and register with the organizers.

 Participants Report to designated Height and Weigh-In Station

 Participants Head to designated Player area at the field

 Coaches introduce themselves and give an overview of the day’s schedule.

9:00am -- Warm-Up and Stretching

 Players warm up with basic exercises and stretching routines to avoid injuries during the day.

9:15am – Official Testing

 40 yrd. Dash | L-Drill | 5-10-5 Shuttle | Broad Jump | Vertical Jump (Groups Divided By Position)

10:20am -- 5 Minute Break (Report to Hydration Station)

10:25am – Offensive and Defensive Position Specific Drills

 Players are divided into groups and participate in position-specific drills and exercises.

 Offensive players focus on ball handling, throwing, receiving and running techniques, while

defensive players focus on tackling, blocking, and interception techniques

11:35pm -- Competition Drills

 Players participate in 1on1, OL vs DL, Cat and Mouse, and Drills to showcase their skills and

abilities.

 Coaches observe and evaluate each player’s performance during the competition.

12:35pm -- 5 Minute Break (Report to Hydration Station)

12:40pm -- 7on7 Competition

1:40pm -- Closing Remarks and Awards

 Coaches give closing remarks and distribute awards to outstanding players.

 Participants receive certificates of participation and are dismissed from the campsite.
